Registration is required for all conference participants. It is
recommended to make the registration on line at
www.whitehead-bangalore.in or by
using the Application Form. Early registration will be closed on 15 August
2008. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as
standard registration. Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the
Conference Organizers upon receipt of registration and payment.
